Seeking a driven, entrepreneurial, and capable professional to join our real estate investment sales team. As a virtual member of the team, the successful candidate will use current market knowledge and technology to deliver services to clients globally.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Cold Calling – complete a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to potential sellers and buyers (at minimum 300 calls per day) from various sources including but not limited to spreadsheets (provided), MLS expires, craigslist, Web site inquiries
2. Data Entry – keep track of, update and manage spreadsheets/databases:
a. Daily – categorize/classify call results (based on thoughtful call analysis), that will help inform lead team on client negotiations and follow up
b. Monthly – input newspaper addresses/information of foreclosure listings

4. Online Research – research the local market and stay up-to-date on industry trends e.g. Craigslist, Zillow etc.
5. Marketing - Markets NIG services and active listings (if any) for maximum seller/buyer exposure. Includes, but not limited to, flyers, Internet marketing, print media, social media etc. Follows up with any interested clients and provide feedback to corporate team.
6. Training – participate in training and ongoing skills-development workshops

• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written – phone,
• Service driven with excellent customer service skills
• Technically proficient in word processing software and spreadsheets i.e. sound knowledge of MS Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and can effectively utilize search engines for online research
• Self-motivated, ambitious and inspired to succeed
• Excellent time management and organizational skills. Must be detail oriented
• A high level of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy
• Able to bounce back from rejection, and solve problems creatively
• Ability to Hustle! Let's be honest, in addition to the monthly payment fee, high performance is needed in order to earn a commission. So, if you don't have hustle you won't make extra money.
• High school diploma; additional qualifications such as college degrees and/or experience in Telemarketing, Real Estate, Administrative, Relationship Management, Marketing are a plus
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team remotely
• Familiarity with and ability to navigate and update social media platforms e.g.
