This position requires you to market properties and negotiate with buyers and investors and real estate agents
Maintain, update, and manage available properties, property status within sales cycle. This means you must work with speed and urgency. You will make contact with NEW buyers and establishing new relationships which you will maintain and update within our CRM data base daily.
Manage and develop strong relationships with existing buyers to maximize revenue. Work with entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategies that maximize profitable growth. Ensure proper title work and due diligence is done, coordinate and manage closings with buyer and team staff.
Provide and maintain ongoing weekly reporting and updates on all sales activity & new buyer reach. Maintain and update company CRM with all relevant information on a daily basis.
Help develop and improve ongoing disposition strategies and systems by working with the team and staff to create the most effective operation and maximizing income goals targets.
How the typical day might look like
9AM- virtual office
9:30- meeting with transaction coordinator and update of the current deals
10:00- dealflow and deal follow up with buyers, sellers and solving any major issues
11:00- 2 cold calling buyers and building out our database
2-4: Updating our website/ social media with new deals and sending out
4:00-6:00 - creating marketing packages for deals, updated buyers and negotiating deals for the company
