Job Title: Senior Wordpress Developer

Hours: Full-time

Salary: Php 40,000-75,000/mo (depending on prior experience)

Job overview: We manage a number of sites and are looking for someone skilled with Wordpress development to be the lead developer/designer for all of our new site builds.

This role will require a mixture of design and dev work, but our primary concern is more related to the look & feel (design) than the back-end dev work.

About Us:
We operate several hundred websites in a wide variety of industries. We are a small team with several distributed team members and hundreds of part-time freelancers.


Ideal Candidate:
- Strong HTML knowledge
- JavaScript Mastery
- Debugging Skills
- Writing code with attention to website speed
- Strong understanding of Wordpress
- Strong emphasis on conversion and designing for conversion
- A/B testing experience
- Self Starter
- Strong eye for design
- Experience designing from existing themes and customizing through the use of child themes
- PHP experience a plus
- Experience building or working with custom plugins a plus
- Adobe Illustrator experience a plus
- Photoshop experience a plus
