Web Designer

Hello dear,
I Am looking for a web designer (freelancer) who is creative and technically inclined and uses both these attributes to build or redesign my websites. I need someone who can understand what is needed to make my website functional and easy to use, but at the same time make it aesthetically appealing to the user.
I am looking for a designer with whom I can collaborate on various projects.
