I am in need of a Full Time Virtual Assistant with Excellent Writing Skills. I need someone trustworthy and hardworking who will help me manage my websites and implement my strategies.

This is a full time job position; if you are currently employed or still studying in school, sorry... but I can't hire you. I need someone who is focused only in helping build the business.

Time Needed - 40 hrs/week (160 hrs/month), flexible work hours, but you need to work from Monday to Friday (Saturday is optional).

Payment - Weekly for the first 2 months, and then after 2 months, you will be paid monthly

Salary - Php 8,000/month (starting salary). Non-negotiable. I have limited budget and I have to train you for a couple of weeks.

Age - must be between the age of 20-40 years old only.

Requirements:
1. Must be Female (I only hire female VAs)
2. Must be proficient in both English and Tagalog
3. Must have at least 1 year experience working online
4. Stable Internet connection (at least 1mbps)
5. I want someone who follows instructions and pays attention to details, and can work under minimal supervision
6. Must have excellent English writing skills, and you must be able to type quickly
7. Photoshop skills is a plus (but not required)
8. You need to own a working microphone and Skype so we can talk during live meetings
9. This is a long term opportunity. If you are looking for a short term contract, this is not for you
10. Has initiative and drive to always do a better job

Responsibilities:
1. Websites - you will install websites (domain, hosting, wordpress, plugins)
2. Articles - you will write and upload articles to my websites. You will also add pictures, embed videos, and add URLs to those articles
3. SEO - you will do manual SEO link building. I don't like spam so I'm looking for someone who can diligently post helpful information on forums, upload articles on web 2.0 properties (squidoo, hubpages), read and post useful well thought of comments on blogs, contact blog owners for guest posts, etc...
4. Social Media - you will post useful stuff on my FB fanpages and Twitter. You will also reply to comments on fan pages/tweets.
5. Setting up affiliate accounts, and other similar tasks
*Don't worry too much if you don't know how to do some of the tasks. I will provide the training for them.

I am in need of a Virtual Assistant ASAP. Interviews will be scheduled on a first come first served basis via Skype.

There will be a 2-week paid trial period. At any day during that trial period, if I'm not happy with the performance, I'd have to let you go. You will get paid for the hours you worked, so there is no risk in your part.

BTW, I am also a Filipino that lives in the Philippines, so communication is super easy. The business is located in the Philippines - you will be working in the Philippine Time Zone.
