In the first 1-2 weeks, our support team leader will walk you through the whole system, including:
* The business, products, backend
* How to handle potential problems with online orders
* How to manage and reply to customers questions in e-mail and chat

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
* Analyze and respond to incoming chat and e-mails
* Ensure customers satisfaction about their concerns
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
* Communicating with customers through various channels.
* Handle online orders and communicate potential problems
