Online Marketing Virtual Assistant

Are you experienced in managing Facebook ad campaigns?

Are you well-organized when it comes to keeping up with ongoing ads, monitoring results, and reporting on them in a regularly scheduled manner?

Do you like to keep things organized and use structure to make sure that you stay on task and deliver results when you commit to a project?

Then you might be the person we are looking for!

If these things match your personality, and you have successful experiences that you can reference, then we'd like to interview you for a position as a virtual assistant in online marketing.

You will be in charge of creating new ad campaigns and monitoring existing ones.

You will also be in charge of setting up a sequence of email campaigns that must go out to our lists on a regular basis.

You'll also create a report to show statistics and results of our ad campaigns and marketing outreach on a weekly basis so that our administrative team can stay in the know.

What you will need:
Proficiency in the English language.
Proficiency in structuring tasks and keeping on schedule.
Experience in the Facebook ads manager.
Experience with email campaigns in general.
BONUS: Knowing how to use ActiveCampaign.

Experience in creating imagery and graphics for Ad campaigns.
Experience in creating easy-to-read reports for our campaign statistics.
