Cold Caller/ Data Entry

Hello, we are looking for a female VA to cold call 15-20 hours a week (to start off as we grow hours will increase). We will need you to cold call a list of property owners, follow a script to screen for motivated sellers. You will be screening for leads. You will also schedule appointments and input information of phone conversation. Must be enthusiastic, high energy, positive and self motivated.
Lucrative extra bonuses for every deal we close that you cold called.
