Cold calling homeowners to offer our services with the end goal of helping them and/or purchasing their home.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Drive/motivation to succeed, excellent English, and Real Estate call center experience.
DUTIES: #1 – EACH DAY, AT THE END OF DAY, AN
SYSTEMS: Dialers, Real Estate CRM, Skip Tracing Services, Text/Email Blasting, and RVM.
MUST BE ABLE TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING: MUST be able to make it seem you are calling from a local # (Google), computer, and stable Internet.
The desired candidate should have the following:
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Able to provide detailed, timely, organized work.
High energy and not afraid of challenges and/or difficult homeowners.
Ability to work under own initiative.
Sound personal skills and confidence.
Must be positive, credible and ethical.
PAY: Hourly pay ($5.00) plus paid per appointment ($1.50) scheduled, where I end up meeting with the homeowner. The quality of these appointments will be reviewed for the monthly bonus. If homeowner cancels appointment, it is not valid for compensation. Monthly bonus opportunity (we can discuss specifics during interview) based on overall performance and company performance. Position is part-time (15 hours) but bonus opportunity can be very appealing based on company performance. THERE IS A TWO WEEK PROBATIONARY PERIOD SINCE IF COMPANY IS NOT PERFORMING, IT IS NOT A GOOD FIT FOR EITHER OF US. This can be a very desirable position for the right person. References required.
