Web developper needed to finish a WordPress website

I need an expert in WordPress web developer in order to finish a website. This is aimed to promote travel to Europe and works with different affiliate programs for Hotels, Airlines among others. Moreover, the professional must have a strong Marketing affiliate skill and English fluency writing and speaking. Other languages, like French and Italian are a plus, but not mandatory.
