Data Entry and Trello Assistants Needed

We are looking for 2 Full Time VirtUal Assistants to join our growing E-Commerce company.

You will be working as part of our Admin and Quality Control Team in a very fun and exciting business! Your role will involve the following tasks and duties:

• Adding Links to Trello Cards
• Checking our design files meet specified criteria
• Communicating with members of our other teams and departments using Trello
• You will be using Google Drive and Trello on a daily basis, so experience with these is vital

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, efficient when working, and will have a keen eye for detail. You will be able to look at instructions or specifications, and check if a piece of work (e.g. a design provided to you), meets the given specification or not. We are looking for some one who is a team player and really enjoys being part of a large team.

We are looking only for candidates who:
• Can dedicate at least 30 hours per week to this role - Though, expect to work around 40 hours per week
• Has experience using Trello to track tasks / processes in an E-Commerce environment
• Is able to work quickly in high-pressure environments
• Is communicative throughout the day
• Can be relied upon to turn up to work each day and has great work ethics
• Is looking for a full-time role with a weekly pay, paid at a rate of $3/hourly
• Can start immediately

Some more helpful traits an ideal candidate would have, include (Note these are not requirements, just additional benefits to mention in your application if any of them apply to you):
• Familiar with HubStaff and Slack
• A pet or animal lover
• Familiarity with graphic design / vector art
