We are looking for a permanent team member who we will help develop:
- A clear understanding of the “behind the scenes” work that goes into cataloging and launching one-of-a-kind products for sale online;
- A solid grasp of the product data required to launch comprehensive and search-optimized product listings on Shopify, Etsy, and Ebay;
- Competency in identifying a vast array of natural stones and crystals as well as their unique attributes;
- A strong feeling of valuable contribution toward building one of the largest and most unique A-to-Z collections of stones and crystals on the internet

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize product data for inventory management system
- Organize product data for online marketplace product listings
- Build online marketplace product listing feeds using MS Excel
- Help coordinate with product cataloging and sales teams
- Verify accuracy and completeness of launched product listings on all marketplaces
- Room to grow into more duties and responsibilities!

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Exceptional English, grammar, writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Intermediate level user of MS Excel; Must understand functions and formulas
- High attention to detail
- Able to multitask, prioritize, work autonomously and seek help when necessary.
- Able to meet deadlines and thrives within a fast-paced environment.
- Result-focused: Ability to deliver and convey measurable results using digital marketing analytics and tools.
- Honest & open communicator, self-starter and have an ownership mentality.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of Product Listing on Shopify, Ebay, Etsy, Amazon or other Upgrade to see actual infoT REQUIRED BUT HIGHLY DESIRED:
- Genuine interest in our product line: natural stones, crystals, and their derivative products
- Experience with online marketplaces, especially: Shopify, Etsy, Ebay
- Experience with communication and collaboration softwares: Slack, Trello

WHAT WE OFFER:
- Work directly with our in-house Sales & Marketing Team
- Starting part-time hours of 20 hours per week
- Work days/times are negotiable: Tuesday to Saturday Philippines time with some hours between 1:00AM to 9:00AM Philippines time and the remaining hours anytime
- Starting pay is $4.50 per hour during 3-month probation
- Paid bi-weekly through PayPal
- 13th month pay offered after 3-month probation
