Your tasks would include
- Answering phone calls
- Engaging in live chats
- Replying to emails
- Talk to our warehouse and make sure everything is the way it should be
- Provide style advice (no worries, we train you)
- Orchestrate returns

You would work independently from home alongside Andie and Lora who are fantastic employees that have a lot of experience and that you can ask for help in case something is unclear.


Ideally, you like to talk to people and help them solve issues.
We strongly encourage prior job experience at a call center but don’t worry our customers are happy and just need help. Our average review score is 4.94 out of 5

Also, it is important that you have excellent English skills and attention to detail.
