Great blog post rewriter to pass for Copyscape

I'm looking for an adaptable, great blog/article rewriter who can reinterpret existing posts on the web but rewrite them so that they pass Copyscape and are fully useable for our business and don't get penalised by Google (duplicate copy).

PLEASE NOTE: We are looking for someone to rewrite ---------- T use a spinner or software to rewrite, this has to be quality content.

The writer should be able to swiftly rewrite a 1,500 - 25,000+ word article about that subject.
