Graphic Designer / Customer Service Rep

We have a web application that allows real estate agent users to edit postcard templates and mail them to their mailing list. The application is user friendly but still leads to a lot of questions that need to be answered as well as the need for support in uploading lists and modifying templates.

Examples of requests include:
-Assisting with editing templates within the web application
-Modifying templates using InDesign
-Assistance with converting excel files to .csv and uploading into the system as a mailing list.

While not busy interacting with customers, you will look at the users that have signed up for the site but have never placed an order. You will go to the user's website to find their logo, color scheme, and contact information and proactively update templates on their behalf.

This is a full-time position with working hours of 9am to 6pm Eastern Time with breaks as needed to add up to 8 hour days. Additional hours may be available if you would like.
