Well-Rounded VA With Diverse Skills and Eager to Grow

I am an extremely busy and diversified real estate entrepreneur (not a real estate agent). In addition to investing in real estate, I am also a soon-to-be-published author, mortgage broker and personal finance coach based in Toronto, Canada. I travel often throughout both Canada and the United States.

I require the support of a well-rounded, enthusiastic Virtual Assistant that enjoys variety, challenge, personal and professional development that can keep up with me. My current projects include:

1. Finishing my upcoming non-fiction book titled “The PONZI Effect: 7 Personal Finance Myths BUSTED… And What To Do About Them”
2. Setting up and managing my book website on Wordpress with internet and social media marketing
3. Calling potential real estate investors
4. Prospecting for mortgage clients
5. Negotiating and acquiring investment properties both large and small
6. I also have a handful of other entrepreneurial ideas that I would need help bringing to life

The ideal candidate for my Virtual Assistant MUST have the following skills with at least a ‘good’ to ‘excellent’ competency level:

- Ability to Adapt and Learn New Skills
- Ability to problem-solve, think for themselves and work diligently and independently
- Outbound calling and lead generation skills (availability to call during North American business hours and/or evening hours)
- Social Media Management (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, GooglePlus)
- Email Marketing and e-Newsletter management (preferably MailChimp)
- Wordpress (posting blog articles, some writing)
- Word Processing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and GoogleDocs)
- Internet Research (fact-checking and info-gathering for future books)
- Transcription from audio and video (50 wpm+)
- Appointment scheduling and calendar management
