Shopify VA for Order Processing and Customer

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Place orders on Aliexpress through Dropified
- Check the items and details including Risk level, Shipping method, Order Quantity
- Create weekly order reports based on fulfillment status
- Help with customer service emails
- Assist in Facebook page management
- Other assigned duties

- Detail oriented and takes deadlines seriously!
- Excellent Communication - You are required let the team know what you are working on and notify management and teammates if your work schedule changes.

• Requirements:
- Fluent or Native in the English Language.
- Proven working experience in E-Commerce
