I'm looking for a customer service rep with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
The applicant will help me with:
- Responding to customer
- Handling customer complaints
- Talking/working with my supplier
- Checking delivery status with supplier
- Handle replacements
- Other admin tasks
The applicant should have serious knowledge with Customer Sevice.
The applicant must speak excellent English - written and verbal. This is very important!
