Looking for an ambitious rockstar appointment setter that wants to grow with the company long term. I've already had a great assistant for the last 3 years and looking to add one more to the team.
My company is Apollo Management and we represent actors and musicians in Los Angeles. This means that we help them get auditions and help them get roles on TV shows. It's a very relationship based industry. This means I need someone that's great with people. Someone very likable and that speaks perfect english. This is essential.
The two big responsibilities you will have is doing the "breakdowns", this is the website we use to match our actors's headshots with parts they fit for. I'm looking for someone that has a huge interest in American television, someone that has watched a lot of U.S.A TV shows. You will be responsible for choosing the picture of the actor that looks like it fits the part on the TV show the most. You will be trained for this.
