JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for two virtual assistants for our non-profit initiative: KeyNote - women speakers. To start, it will be about 5-10 hours a week, with the option to increase hours and potentially work full time in about 6 months.

KeyNote is on a mission to bring diversity to speaking stages. We launched in Singapore two years ago and have expanded to North America, the EU, and will shortly be launching in Australia. If you like to work and grow with a bunch of inspirational women, this job may be for you.

For both positions, we are looking for support for standard virtual assistant tasks. These include email management, meeting coordination, supporting in defining SOPs, managing speaker recruitment processes and coordinating our training programme with event programme participants.

For boh positions, we are looking for individuals with other skills, including one or more of the following: graphic design, video editing, social media management, Wix website updating, management and design as well as accounting. We are also happy to hire individuals who believe they may be able to develop skills in these areas.

Successful candidates will be reporting to a one main lead volunteer, and a number of other team members will be asking for support.
