JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a person to be a part of our Customer Service team as the Phone Consultant/Dispatcher. If you are passionate about working with customers and in a team, this is the perfect position for you!

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Taking live calls to assist a customer.
• Process orders via phone and other platforms available.
• Dispatching orders via online navigation service (Onfleet)
• Following Registration protocol for new customers.
• Operating a POS system.
• Willingness to learn about our product lines.
