Operations Manager - Ecommerce Store

The USA based Ecommerce company looks for Operations Manager. Responsibilities:
-Customer Service & Sales (Phone + Live Chat + Email),
-Shopify website management - listing/uploading new products to an online store
-Order Processing - You would contact suppliers via email and phone to process orders,
-Contacting new suppliers (Email and phone outreach),
-Reporting to the team (in Asana),
-Availability to work full time during American business hours,
-Cooperating with managers to manage day to day operations in the company.

We are looking for:

-Perfect fluency in English- speaking and writing (being able to discuss technical details of the product, handling damages and advising customers)
-Experience with selling & closing on the phone (we provide sales commission) - needed for inbound calls and abandoned checkouts.
-Fast internet connection required for calls (20Mps+ on fast.com)
-Experience with Shopify is a plus
