IT Company Customer Support

We are a growing North American tech firm that handles 1000+ clients. We're looking for a dedicated Receptionist/Customer Support Rep to assist with our software business. Must be available 9am - 5pm EST. Must be fluent in English with a grade of C2 Advanced/Mastery. Must have good computer skills. Technology understanding an asset.
