Skilled Video Editor Needed for an Ongoing YouTube Series & Podcast

I am an Entrepreneur who owns a small business, a natural hair and skincare brand, that I need to take to the next level by rapidly building a great reputation and effectively marketing my brand by becoming a full-time YouTube Content Creator and a Podcast Host related to my brand and industry. I will teach natural beauty enthusiasts how to use our products through tutorials, brand promotions/commercials for our products, provide information related to the natural health and beauty industry and how to live holistic and healthy lives on my YouTube channel, Organic Beaute Collections and upcoming podcast (video & audio).

It’s very rewarding to see creators who have a powerful message finally be able to share it with the world. Hearing all the stories of lives that are changed as a result of their now intentional and strategic efforts motivates me to do this initiative. It’s seriously a lot of fun creating valuable and informative content. I am looking for a professional Video Editor to take over editing my weekly YouTube videos, as well as long-form video courses I will produce. I’m not just looking for any editor, though. I’m looking for someone who can increase the current production value of the editing on my channel, mostly through better on-screen text and screen capture b-roll through After Effects. I also need someone who can take a long video and edit the content to be more concise without losing the value that the video is trying to provide.

I am looking for a Video Editor with a great sense of humor and an interest in natural hair and skincare, health/wellness and/or beauty for my YouTube Channel. I create and edit the videos myself but, I’m looking to hand this work onto someone more talented than myself so I can do more recording and focus on creating consistent and valuable content. I’m looking for someone who understands and has seen successful YouTube channels and/or heard Podcasts related to the aforementioned subjects and wants to be creative with the unique media and has a passion for creating some entertaining and educational content.

Workload will be 2/3 videos that might be around 10 – 20 minutes each produced for 2/3 videos a week. Therefore, 8/12 videos a month. One of the videos may be a weekly podcast that I will be filming. I will upload the content needed in the evening on a shared folder and need the content back by the following day. I will provide all the assets you will need to make the content. I will be paying you a fixed rate for each video you edit not by the hour. I should note also that we will work on a backlog basis - You are more than welcome to produce more than two videos in one day to do less the day after.

Furthermore, this person needs to be able to turn around videos within a day since I often shoot my Tuesday videos on Sunday evening, meaning they will be due Monday afternoon (US eastern time) with time for review and revisions in between if necessary. Also, besides Premiere Pro and After Effects skills, this person will need graphic design skills and use Photoshop to craft clear, enticing, and engaging YouTube thumbnails for the videos they edit. This job will become an on-going job for one person, but before I hire that person, I will first invite a few of you applicants to this on-going job into a temporary, invite-only job here on onlinejobs.ph. In that trial job I will provide footage and video assets for you to edit and will then award this on-going job to the person who I feel best accomplishes everything I’m looking for in an editor.
