Looking for an ongoing Facebook and Banner Ad Graphic Designer

Will need to already have experience in creating quality Facebook Ads
Needing a designer that can create ads with quick turnaround. Must be able to show a history of quality previous work .Must reply with the word banner as the first word in the reply. Looking for image based ads for the facebook and google networks. Must be able to supply the designs in different sizes and in a jpg and png format. Lastly that you release any copyright of all designs and artwork.
