PHP Developer for Amazon MWS API Project

I'm looking for an experienced PHP programmer who can work on an Amazon MWS API Project.
I have all the project specs laid out and will share it with the shortlisted applicant.
I'm interested in people having extensive PHP experience only, please.
Having experience with Amazon MWS API is a huge plus.
