Drupal programmer

Looking for someone that is an experience programmer that have used Drupal to develop websites to do the following:

*Complete an existing website using Drupal
*Develop webpages and links such as login and sign up forms
*Revise and make content on each link visible by using effective white space and less clutter
*Develop banners and buttons
*Create and develop video, audio and webinar installation on webpages
*Find photo's and place photo's that is appropriate on website pages
*Install payment cart and maintain management of it
*Find an efficient and quick webmaster/web programmer to complete entire website in a few weeks.
