We are building a three-person mobile app development team with a US-based project manager. You will be working remotely, and communicating with 2-3 other app developers
and QA's via internet. This is a long-term, permanent position, so we would much prefer you be a full-time freelancer. If you are NOT, please state this in your application.

Please ensure you meet the following MINIMUM qualifications:

- advanced Android coding skills
- impressive and creative design and UI experience (excluding actual graphic design, if applicable), examples must be provided
- naturally: database work, social media, security, and countless API’s (examples of each must be provided upon application)
- proven portfolio with demonstrated and ongoing value to each client
- team collaboration experience, and remote working experience
- creativity without specific or detailed instructions
- self-sufficient solutions to issues, autonomy
- superior English communication and project management skills

1.) PORTFOLIO:

Please provide the following for EACH project in your portfolio (minimum 2 projects, but no more than 4).
- Were you the sole developer, or on a team?
- UI/UX or just coding, or both?
- Year you worked on the project?
- Length of development?
- QA and debugging process? (Who did QA? How was the project management done?)
- Description of app:
- Link if able to download, otherwise comprehensive annotated screenshots
- Key advanced features you included
- Specific areas of obstacles, and how you went about overcoming them
- Amount of creativity/consulting with client, versus simply following specs
- Client satisfaction (be honest - we may ask for references to confirm) during development *and* with the final product
- Any required updates, or bug fixes after initial project completion?
