You will be COLD calling Landlords/ Real Estate Developers/ Multi Family Residential Building Owners, etc. in order to find properties for my company to manage for SHORT TERM RENTALS (AirBNB, VRBO, etc.) You MAY or MAY NOT be provided the database of leads. If you already have a database of leads for the USA, You will be given HIGH PRIORITY and paid very well!

Skills you MUST have to apply:
1) LEAD Generation experience
2) Perfect fluency in American English with minimal accent
3) HIGH attention to detail
4) Excellent phone skills, and great attitude
5) Outgoing, upbeat personality
6) Ability to work mainly on commission, in high pressure environment

Experience in the following PREFERRED:
1) AirBNB/ Property Managers/ Multifamily Developers/ Real Estate Developers/ Hotels
2) Experience working with Phoneburner or similar LeadGen/CRM tools

PAY is equal to your experience, but is a small base with a good commission structure for those who are good closers!
