Social Media Coordinator

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our growing family! The successful applicant will be trained in the tasks we need and have the opportunity to grow within our organization.

About the Position

We need people who have the skills below to join our Social Media department. With that said, even if you don't have all the skills, we would love to train you. You will receive training and be responsible for the following:

(1) Monitor and respond to customer service and reputation management issues on the web.
(2) Support the Social Media Manager on social media campaigns on various tasks from beginning to end.
(3) Handle customer service related issues on the web.

Requirements

- Strong English writing skills is mandatory
- Experience with maintaining key social media platforms an asset
- Familiarity with current technology, like desktop sharing and cloud services
- Outstanding phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Great project and time management skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work during business hours PST (8am to 6pm)
