Creative T-Shirt Designer

I need a creative T-Shirt Designer with very good skills in designing with Adobe Illustrator. I am in need of approximately 100 original t-shirt designs over the time period of 1 month. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is essential.

Your task will be simple. I will send you a list of ideas for t-shirts that I would like created and I would like you to be artistic and creative to recreate the idea in your own style. For example, I may send you an image as reference and I would like your unique spin on the idea to create a more visually appealing design.

I am willing to leave a lot of 5 star reviews so that you will be able to land jobs easier in the future if you stick with our deadlines. You have to create your OWN unique designs. Designers who will steal/copy or image trace will be reported & fired. I would like to hire for a long term position. After the first 100 design, we could continue the work if everything looks good. Any copyright violation will terminate our agreement.

Finished products must be provided in the following formats: EPS/AI or PSD with editable layers, and transparent PNG (4500X5400 pixels).

I prefer to pay by piece instead of by hour.
