Dear Future Entrepreneurial Superstar,

Who am I?

I’m a Musician-Turned-Founder of a fast-growing marketing company, and about 10 years ago I was in the exact same position as you.

After being fired for the first time (that’s a story for another time), I started my own online business. But after all my “formal education” I still knew nothing about being an entrepreneur…

I eventually got a job as the a key team member to a Minneapolis startup called Leadpages. Here I learned through hands-on experience how to build a multi-million dollar online business through direct response marketing.

I started as the 11th employee, and three years later the company had over 100 employees, and was worth over $100 ---------- w you can do the same thing….

Skills We’re Looking For:

-I am looking for someone who…
-Is hungry to learn about marketing and entrepreneurship. This is the most important factor in your success.
-Has always been the “tech person” in their family and feels at home troubleshooting tech issues.
-A polished writer who is comfortable creating content, and editing his or her own work without much oversight.
-Is a finisher. Do you hate leaving projects unfinished? You must love the details of your projects and work dutifully to ensure the user has a positive experience with your product.
-Is a self-starter who won’t take no for an answer.
-An analytical mind who’s been successful in mathematics.

Bonus Skills:
-Has a strong grasp of social media. If you know how to get likes, comments, and shares….we want your help!

-Someone who is only motivated by a boss telling him or her to work harder.
-Someone who doesn’t believe that how you feel on the inside directly correlates with how you perform in life and business.

Our clients run businesses all over the world, and we believe flexibility in where you work leads to better performance and happiness. Performance and attitude is the most important aspect of this job, not clocking hours in the office or water cooler politics.

Responsibilities Include (But are not limited to):
-Building and sending emails with email marketing software
-Writing and formatting blog posts in Wordpress
-Creating Shopify stores and adding products
-Rolling up your sleeves and digging into analytics to create client dashboards
-Interfacing with clients and building relationships
-Managing company dashboards and evaluating metrics for company success
-Many, many hats will be worn.
