WHO WE ARE: GroupRaise is an online platform that gives nonprofit groups a simple way to coordinate fundraising events at local restaurants in the US. We're looking to bring on talented and reliable team members to support this growth--and help you achieve your professional goals in the process!
Role Overview:
This is a key role in our business process, the role of helping restaurants discover and join the GroupRaise community, we are on a quest to help restaurants connect with their local communities across all 50 states of the United States. With more than 11,000 restaurants on the platform, we need you to help us get to the next 25,000 restaurants.
Your job is to help restaurant owners join the GroupRaise platform, answer questions, show the value proposition, and help them sign up for our service. The primary mode of communication is over
Requirements:
-Have own computer and a minimum of 3mbps internet connection
-Advanced/Native English speaker
-Excellent communication skills (English - Written and Verbal)
-Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Available to work night shift 40hrs/week: 9:00pm to 5:30am
-Know how to use Microsoft Office & Excel
-Ability to deliver and work with deadlines
-College-level education or above
-Monthly Salary: $400 USD
Responsibilities:
- Answer
- Phone calls with potential restaurant customers who are interested in joining GroupRaise.
- Organize and maintain a Sales Pipeline (we help you with the set up).
- Create weekly reports on prospect close rates (easily done using our CRM)
- Input proper
- Collaborating with the marketing team to see room for improvements and effectiveness of marketing messaging.
