3. Payment will be per XLS sheet
4. In total there will be about 30 XLS sheets
5. I need you to have good english.
6. short xls sheets will be considerd as one for payment.
7. each xls sheet will have a special header
8. I will send you a small xls sheet which you need to convert into html.
9. I will ask you for the price per XLS sheet do not ask me, the cheapest bidder will get the contract, so do not give me fancy prices
