VA Shopify

Looking for an energetic, proactive and experiences VA to manage and grow Shopify Stores. The right candidate should come with the expectation of running and creating a successful Shopify store and work as a team with open communication, pitching ideas for improvements and a problem-solving mindset. Key Skills required for this job are (but not limited to):

1. Order Fulfilment - Placing Dropshipping Orders for Customers with the Suppliers, Emails Management, Handling Returns and Complaints, Using Online tools to Manage orders, Tracking Orders, Quick Action

2. Customer Service Management - Quick Responses, Customer Queries, responding to positive comments, Negative Feedback handling, and Removal, Handling Returns and Refunds, Customer Follow-up

3. Management - Inventory Reports

4. Business Growth - Keyword Research, Product Research, Listing by Researching New Products, Bullets, Well Written Product Description, Optimizing Product Content for SEO

Tools:
Trello, Slack, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Data Entry, Google Trends, Jungle Scout, Helium10, Shopify, Google Tools

Proficiency in Helium10 and other research tools will be highly advantageous and experience in product description and optimization on top of the general VA activities will be looked as highly favorable

On top of the base salary, there is a yearly bonus and 6 monthly salary increase as the business grows. Spot bonuses are also offered for individuals responsible for the direct increase in sales and productivity.
