Data Entry and Scraping Specialist

Overview:
We are looking for a data entry and web scraping specialist who will be able to find the key contacts/leads for certain speaking events and conferences

Steps:
1. Use the software provided and find the speaker's recent events they have spoken at
2. Once the event/conference details have been found, find the contact details available.
3. Include all of the contact details available in an excel spreadsheet.
4. Only Provide 2 contacts/leads per event

Role Titles:
Below is a good starting point, but some important contacts have different role titles. Include only 2 contacts/leads per event, here is the rank of importance

• Certified Meeting Planner (CMP)
• Conference Producer
• Vice President of Human Resources (VP HR)
• Vice President, Learning or Education
• Marketing Director
• Vice President of Marketing
• Vice President (VP)

What is required in the excel spreadsheet deliverable:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Role Title
• Email
• Direct Phone
• Speaker Name
• Event URL

Deliverables and Additional Notes
1) Since there are 24 speakers, we would like 24 different tabs on the spreadsheet to be organized by the speaker.
2) It is expected that you go through multiple pages of the Google results when doing this data entry project.
3) We are expecting at least 50-100 events per speaker.
4) The contact information is usually found in the "About Us", "Contact Us" or “Events” page, but it requires some research as some contact information is elsewhere.


Trial
Provide results for 3 speakers (from the end) as we are looking to bring someone onboard in a full-time capacity looking for results based data entry.
