SEO Expert for Dynamic Digital Agency [Long-Term]

We are a small personable agency that specializes in serving clients that sell digital products, online courses, training and coaching related services. We have an end-to-end solution where we help them market their programs, build their websites, create their course handouts and develop the automated communication as well as their payment system.

This role is to be responsible for the SEO Campaigns of several accounts. You would be responsible for setting the strategy, the on-page and off-page campaigns as well as monthly performance reports.

You would also be setting up tasks in our project management system for the accounts, assigning them to team members when required and assisting with the creation of our processes for the SEO department (help will be provided for documenting this).

You would be working closely with our Project Manager and be supported by our developer, automation specialist and content writer.

• Excellent English speaking skills and average writing skills
• Works in Central Time Zone (Chicago) daytime hours
• Excellent documentation skills
• Strong communicator
• Attention to details
• Average skills in working within a project management system

==== Technical Skills ====

• Strong experience working with professional SEO tools such as ahrefs
• Strong experience in Keyword Research and Identifying SEO Rich Topics for our Writers
• Ability to conduct SEO Site audits, document findings, create action items and resolve site health issues
• On-page technical SEO (internal linking, organizing content hierarchy, finding organic traffic opportunities)
• Off-page SEO skills for link building

*** Average to strong WordPress skills as it comes to fixing on-site technical SEO issues, internal linking, updating meta descriptions, Yoast, etc.
