JOB OVERVIEW

HireFaster provides automated software solutions for pre-employment and tenant screening. You will call Real Estate agents, briefly explain our products and set appointments for Software Sales for follow-up calls and software demos. We have excellent products, with unique features and benefits, far superior to the competition. We believe an excellent product sells itself and does not require aggressive sales. If you are seeking a career, and a long-term opportunity, rather than the next gig this may be the right opportunity.

We offer two career paths:
(i) Progression over time, into Team Leader and Manager; and/or
(ii) Transfer directly into Software Sales, where you would handle software demos and close deals. Full training on the software and business cases would be provided.

This year we are seeking 2 motivated Inside Sales Reps to qualify leads and set appointments. During the first quarter there will also be additional hires.
