JOB OVERVIEW

We are in need of a Customer Support resource for a variety of customer support and setup/onboarding tasks. Our product is a web-based marketing application for real estate investors.

We will train you on how to use our real estate marketing software so that you can jump in and quickly start helping support our clients. There is potential to grow/increase responsibilities as we establish a good working relationship and learn your strengths.

Some of your tasks could include:
-Chat, email, and phone/video call support with clients
-Answering customer questions about how to use our software
-Helping new clients get set up on our platform, and get started using it (onboarding)
-Monitoring customer progress through the implementation phase
-Troubleshooting
-General admin/data entry

We are seeking someone with:
-Good communication skills (fluent in English), both written and verbal
-A friendly and helpful communication style, customer-service oriented
-Experience working with CRM or relational database
-Common sense and problem solving ability
-Attention to detail
-Experience working in a fast-paced environment
-A knack for technology, comfortable using web-based apps
-Versatility to work on a variety of types of projects
-Previous experience in a customer support, call center, or technical assistance role, especially within the software or real estate industries
-Availability during US business hours
-Comfortable using tracking software such as Timeproof to verify working time

Bonus points for the following:
-Real Estate Investment experience
-Familiarity with Twilio, Intercom
-Skilled in Excel, manipulating data sets

This is an open-ended position with the opportunity to get involved in a variety of tasks. You will need to be highly adaptable and quick to efficiently respond to change.
