Company Description:
Basically what we do is manage the entire project through our 360 Sourcing Service. This is a fully outsourced and automated service that focuses on making importing extremely scalable as our team of sourcing professionals can handle everything while coming to you for executive decisions. We have a very strong focus on Quality Control, following a rigorous and standardized process that ensures that every product has clear QC requirements with a strong contract, and should those QC requirements not be met as we are inspecting the goods, we will not pay the balance until the goods have been reworked and all issues sorted.

The way it works is an Account Manager, along with their assistants, are assigned to represent your interests in China and see the project through until completion without issues. They are your point of contact and boots on the ground.
We provide as much transparency as possible into the process via our 360 Client Portal, which is a centralized dashboard where you can track everything related to your importing with us. We've recently setup Courier tracking (advanced), Freight tracking (very simple) and Notifications that let you track the progress of your projects as they advance through the process.

The Role:
You will be working full-time as a Sales Wizard to help us with lead generation via various channels that we use, assisting our ad-hoc clients and provide them with pre and post-sale customer care. You will be reporting to the "Sales Manager". To "Talk to" & "Qualify" marketing leads that contact us via our website and various channels, understand their needs and get them to pay for our service.

This position would be ideal for someone who loves to talk to people (especially in the US & UK) and build relationships & and is ambitious as the job would provide for good earning potential for someone who can generate results.

Most of our clients based in UK & US, so you would be talking to clients a lot. Our standard work time is 9AM-6PM Philippines Time as we are on the same time zone as Philippines, however in order to arrange calls with customers, you may have to work at different hours sometimes to get on calls with customers. We need someone who is willing to and comfortable to do so.

Job Description:
• Communicating with ad-hoc clients through, e-mail, Skype & Phone Calls.
• Supervising lead generation process and finding new potential leads via various Channels, such as Social Media, forums, etc. Training would be provided.
• Reaching out to and building relationships with inactive leads/clients in our database.
• Finding potential partners willing to promote our affiliate program.
• Helping with ad sales & marketing tasks
• Assist our account managers with some administrative tasks.

Requirements
• Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential as you will be making a lot of communications.
• A passion for "People", i.e. talking to people on the phone and building relationships (You will be talking mostly to people in the UK & US.
