JOB OVERVIEW

Summary: This position is the face of our company. When motivated sellers call our office, you will be the primary contact for these sellers. The goal is to collect as much information as possible from these sellers in order to be able to effectively analyze each new lead and determine whether or not the lead is a potential deal. The rest of the position will entail supporting the daily operations, daily online marketing, researching online classified ads for potential sellers and buyers, responding to their ads via email or phone call, mls research for deals, appointment setting, manage emails and marketing and managing online CRM- Freedom soft. Attending online webinars and taking notes; calling investors and gathering information, calling sellers and gathering information. Calling fsbos and gathering information, etc. Building a buyers list and maintaining list. Building relationships with sellers, buyers, investors, vendors, team members, etc. Must be persuasive and charismatic.

MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE

Lead Analysis
• Manage incoming leads
• Lead search
• Schedule meetings
• Follow ups
Receiving inbound and making outbound calls.
Running comparable sales and determining values
Screening buyer and seller leads daily
Understanding my buying criteria and recommending course of action



Project Management
• Monitoring properties under contract
• Various Business Building Projects
• Direct Mail Marketing Campaigns
• Researching Competition
• Any project needed
• Listening in on webinars and taking notes and forwarding to owners.


Online Marketing
• Posting ads on various classified websites
• Scrubbing Craigslist for FSBO, motivated sellers, fixers etc.
• Online marketing homes we have under contract
• Online marketing for motivated Sellers
• Marketing to landlords online

Skills for a qualified Candidate:
Personable and comfortable talking to people
Extremely organized
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication, Team, People, Phone skills
Self-motivated and hardworking
