GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Nutricraft is an Australian premium non-toxic cookware brand. We are dedicated in raising awareness on toxicity from common household cookware. Nutricraft provides the safest and smartest cookware that will protect and retain the integrity of your food nutrients ensuring a healthy, nutritious and non-toxic meals. We are dedicated in preventing lifestyle diseases through innovative research, our product and education workshops. Located in the Greater Western Sydney Region, we are the only Australian cookware brand using 316 Titanium Stainless Steel.

Nutricraft is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team for a (3 day) part time position during a 12-month initial contract.

The purpose of the role is to create, manage and monitor Nutricraft's brand, image and look & feel across all communications channels including print, online and digital. A hands-on role, the Graphic Designer is responsible for ensuring all Nutricraft collateral and assets are portrayed in a consistent and professional manner, in keeping with our goals, reputation and positioning as a global premium non-toxic cookware. The Graphic Designer is also responsible for developing and maintaining a consumer brand for Nutricraft which connects with and inspires everyday Australians.

We are looking for someone who has creative flair and can design engaging content across a variety of consumer communication and marketing campaigns, in a timely manner.

You will work closely with the Head of Operations, Brand and Digital Communications Manager to design and curate content – every day will bring new challenges as well as great opportunities!

To be successful in this role you will be an energetic and enthusiastic team player who has experience in design and advertising. You must be a people's person who loves working as part of a small but dedicated team, to build positive long-term relationships with stakeholders from all walks of life. You will have exceptional time-management and organisational capabilities and be able to manage multiple priorities. This role would suit someone looking to manage their own department and confident with managing our ‘internal’ clients, our stakeholders and suppliers.

To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

Essential

At least 5 years experience working in a design studio or similar agency environment
Expert skills in design across all medium (print, online, digital, social) which engages diverse audiences in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat)
Experience in developing creative for engaging and informative campaigns and content across all digital channels
Demonstrated project management skills, with experience in maintaining procedures and systems
A collaborative working attitude and the ability to engender a strong sense of ‘team’.
Tolerance for a fast pace and significant workload at peak times; high level prioritisation and mentoring ---------- sirable

Knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Upviral, Clickfunnels and Mail Chimp marketing platform
Experience in working with health education/promotion
Experience working in a healthy product selling setting
