JOB OVERVIEW

- Train and Develop new and existing agents in improving their soft skills, accent and knowledge about client specific processes.

- Evaluate, Coach new and existing agents about proper call handling to achieve high CSAT scores.

- 13 years of experience as a Communicatons, Culture (Voice and Accent) and Process Trainer. Along with Quality Analyst skills.

- Universal Trainer can handle different types of Lines of Businesses like Service Desk, Tech Support, Customer Service, Financial, Health care etc.

- Conducts facilitates refresher courses for new and existing agents.

- Train and facilitate leadership team.
