JOB OVERVIEW

Facebook Ads Specialist Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Strategize, execute, and manage a portfolio of Facebook Ad Campaigns
• Create, test and optimize ad copy
• Guide graphic team in creating FB Ad Graphics
• Generate leads and sales using Facebook Ads
• Produce weekly and monthly reports
• Recommend new strategies based on data and testing
• Launch and monitor Facebook tests
• Provide Google Analytics analysis
• Set up and manage administration processes and procedures


To be successful in this role, you should have:
• Paid Facebook advertising experience, building high converting funnels, and driving quantifiable results
• Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to be proactive
• Ability to think critically
• A passion for growing businesses
• Reliable internet
• A ‘can-do’ mindset

Special Skills/Competencies:
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Enjoys learning new things
• Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, and social network advertising (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter)
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
• A passion for marketing, social advertising and a positive attitude in all regards
• A desire to remain up-to-date with trends, new features and functionalities in social advertising
