IT Support Specialist

We are a Christian based, virtual marketing management company and looking for someone who can perform the following below:

- Maintain Company Websites W/ Necessary Updates As Needed
- Configure and Maintain Web Based Company Phone Systems
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Monitor and Maintain Company Web Based Phone Call/ Text Message Statistics
- Assist W/ Web Based Technical Video Marketing
- Assist W/ Web Based Technical Online Marketing
- Assist W/ Web Based Technical Email Marketing

The ideal candidate have existing educational background in:
- IT Technical Support
- Marketing
- Graphic Design Skills (Adobe Creative Suite primarily Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro or any video editing platform, Wix)

Candidate will also be detail oriented, a self-starter, social media savvy, a creative thinker, a team player,and a strong communicator.

- This is a full time work 9:00 AM (EST) to 6:00 PM (EST) . Monday to Friday.

- We are using time tracker during working hours.
