JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Singaporean company selling different supplement brands in Europe.
Currently we are looking for a German-speaking customer support rep that can help customers answer product related questions or help them place an order in our e-commerce store. Support will be only written (email, ticket and maybe chat) - no phone support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
---------------------------------------
- assisting customers with their queries
- tracking customer parcels
- sending out new shipments when parcels do not arrive for some reason

REQUIREMENTS
--------------------------------------
- good written German (Deutsch) language skills - no Google Translate or other tools
- good written and spoken English (for internal communication)
- willing to learn and work with our own tools (CRM, support software, etc.)
- Skype for communication, Flock for collaboration

- this is a part-time position with option to go full time in the next 3 months
