I am preparing a white paper based on retired Canadians who live abroad
Expats are disqualified for drug benefit and basic living benefits from
the Canadian Government.

The Canadian government gives away millions of dollars annually on free
services and entitlement programs to non-Canadians who come to Canada
for the “ free bees”.

The sad truth is that the majority of Canadian expats live abroad because
they cannot afford to live, at even a poverty level in their “ home and native land”.


The phrase “ home and native land” are lyrics from the Canadian nation anthem.

I need a white paper which outlines Americans ( and other nationalities )
coming into Canada for free medical services, free subsidy programs for refugees
and any other entitlement programs for non-Canadians .

The provider needs document then I have them to research search programs
via internet, social media and government websites.

A foreign woman can enter Canada 8 months pregnant, give birth to her child
on Canadian soil, her and her child can then return to their home country and
the child is entitled to all rights as a Canadian citizen even though the status was
Premeditated.

Please use any information which would embarrass the government and motivate
them to give me an exemption so I may receive medical benefits plus a basic income.
