Acquisitions Manager

We are a Real Estate Wholesale Company based in the US. Looking for a person with phenomenal phone edicate. The AM will contact hot motivated seller leads provided by my cold callers. You will call to build rapport, qualify the seller, build more rapport, formulate and provide an offer. This position works very closely with me, we will run comps and negotiate with sellers with the intention to get properties under contract. You must have/be:
Outstanding sales and people skills
A skilled negotiator
Can read people effectively and build lasting relationships
Organizational skills and the ability to follow systems
A good understanding of technology
As an added bonus, have some familiarity with the construction industry
