Cold Call Virtual Assistant/Real Estate Outbound Calls

Looking for someone with excellent customer service skills. This positions will entail calling private homeowners of vacant properties to see if they are interested in selling their property.


Must be able to call 100+ calls per hour. Scripts are provided with training. You will be responsible for asking them a few questions, documenting the information in our CRM and reporting back to me on the updated information.

Must be fluent English speaker. Looking for someone part time.

Qualifications :

Must be able to make calls between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM EST 2 hours per day, 5 days/week and some weekends
Must be reliable. Need to have the ability to consistently work remotely with supervision in a quiet location
Tech Savvy - Need to know how to use a smartphone, google, and learn to use web based applications we have (can be trained)
Typing skills - Must be able to type notes while on the speaking with prospective leads - following our process
Computer - Must have a desktop or laptop with high speed internet access
