Marketplace Specialist

uDroppy ( ---------- ) is a B2B Marketplace that gives to E-Commerce merchants the possibility to sell products in Dropshipping.

We are currently looking for our first energetic Marketing Specialist who is willing to join our company for the long run!

Udroppy offers a great list of E-commerce products to its clients. The products can be bought in single items and can be drop shipped from the factories, partners of udroppy, to the final customer, through our network of logistic centers.

The ideal candidate is responsible for importing products in the marketplace.

Responsibilities include:

- Import the list of the products the our agents source in the uDroppy Marketplace. The candidate will receive a daily excel file of around 50 products to be imported through the Marketplace Manager portal within uDroppy
- Screen the products that cannot be imported in the marketplace because they go against the marketplace policy
- Edit the title and the description to make it more interesting for our clients
- Collaborate directly with the agents to discuss potential information missing in the product page
- Manage the current marketplace to make the product browsing easier and more accessible. This includes create more categories and add tags to products.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
English speaker

The role is in remote with daily and weekly meetings with the team done via online softwares.
All of our 20 employees love to communicate with each other on Slack!
The candidate should keep track of his/her performance and should reach the goals set by the company. The target is set together between the Head of Sales and the candidate and it will be related to the number of products inserted in the marketplace.


The title in the company would be Marketplace Specialist and will report directly to the Head of Sales.

- The salary is going to be 400 USD a month for the first 3-6 months and then a clear career path will follow with raises along the way
